Oboe Homes is a New Zealand-based company committed to delivering warm, comfortable, and energy-efficient homes to Kiwi families. It operates through two complementary streams: acquiring sections/lots and then designing, constructing, and selling high-quality architectural homes; and developing, building, owning and leasing social housing on a long-term basis.
Strategic Fit
Oboe Homes, the Group’s core driver, does not compete directly with other building companies, allowing the other three Group companies to work freely with third-party advisors and clients. Rather, Oboe Homes is a major client of the other Group companies, underpinning their business and enabling their growth and prosperity.
