Corporate Governance
Good governance by the Board of Directors, composed of experienced professionals, is critical to the success of both the Group and its individual companies.
The Board will include an Independent Director. The Oboe Group Board will oversee appointments to the Boards and senior management of Oboe Homes, Oboe Construction, IsoQuake, and Prelude Building Systems. Directors may also serve on those companies’ boards.
