Oboe Group is teaming up with qualified investors who share our vision of better homes for Kiwis. We welcome domestic and international investors to participate in stand-alone project investments from start to finish.
This is an opportunity for suitably qualified investors to select and fund a build project that fits their interests.
Investors can choose their level of involvement, ranging from regular passive updates to helping develop the plans or even physically taking part in the construction.
Oboe expects funds and returns will be repaid at project completion within 12 months. An attractive incentive package can be tailored to investor requirements.
