Structual Insulated Panels (SIPs) construction is incredibly quick, the panels are robust, they can be cut with extreme accuracy and provide excellent insulation. SIPs used in Oboe group construction are manufactured by firms that meet Oboe’s high quality standards. A supplier must have a long successful history; it must have rigorous standards and operate quality control programmes throughout the factory. Oboe requires that the resin wood panels used are APA certified and individually stamped. Each supplier must have advanced large panel CNC cutting capability to integrate build drawings with the output of precision cut panels. The company must have an export history and the capability to optimise container packing, so all panels arrive on site in ready-to-build condition.
